I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nyx Cancun. The location is fantastic, just minutes from downtown, and the beach is beautiful. I recently stayed at Hotel Nyx Cancun, and while there were some enjoyable aspects, overall, my experience was quite mixed. The hotel has a beautiful beach and the staff is friendly, but the dining options were limited and the rooms varied in quality. Additionally, the numerous stairs throughout the hotel were a challenge, and not getting the room type I booked was frustrating.
