I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nyx Cancun. The location is fantastic, just minutes from downtown, and the beach is beautiful. The amenities and food exceeded my expectations, though there were a few minor service hiccups at times. The hotel has a beautiful beach and the staff is friendly, but the dining options were limited and the rooms varied in quality. Additionally, the numerous stairs throughout the hotel were a challenge, and not getting the room type I booked was frustrating.
